Welcome to Wild Perennial Therapy
A perennial doesn't bloom once and disappear. It retreats, rests, and returns next season: each time stronger, more rooted, and a little wilder than before.
That's what midlife can look like too: a career that's gone flat, a relationship structure you're questioning, an identity you're only now feeling free enough to explore. Call it a midlife transformation. You're not starting over. It's just the beginning of a your next season.
At Wild Perennial Therapy, I work with adults navigating the transitions that don't come with a script — the ones nobody prepared you for. That includes exploring desire and sexuality later in life, integrating a recent diagnosis of neurodivergence, navigating changes in relationships, hitting a wall in a career that used to feel like enough, facing retirement or an empty nest, or simply realizing the life you built no longer fits the person you've become.
You're not too late, not too old, and not done yet. What you need isn't fixing. It's room to grow the way you were always meant to: to embrace your wildness, and reclaim the parts of yourself you've pruned back to fit what you thought you should be.
Let's figure out what this season looks like for you, and find the nourishment you need to grow wild again: rooted, resilient, and on your terms.
